Do visit us soon in Loftus market place with free car parks within walking distance. Check out award winning cake at Willow Cake Shop and the other cafes or the splendid new arts centre and library. Attend or run an event with us. Our area is amazing so why not make a mini day trip out of it as we have the most amazing walks on our doorstep, whether woods or the sea float your boat, and stop off on the way to many tourist gems.

We’re collecting gently used books, no more than 25 years old (unless a lovely vintage binding), for Read & Rabbit's shelves to help everyone enjoy books and to foster a sacred space.
The sacred space is you - we also hold events to connect people, encourage their creativity & empower them to be their best selves, be kind to themselves and to others.

Open Mic Poetry Gathering
Jo and Ness, guest booksellers, will be hosting this afternoon and the shop will be open from 1pm.
"Whether you've never shared a poem before, you're still working up the nerve, or you;ve been doing this for years, this one is for you. Bring something you wrote at 2am, something you have read a hundred times, or grab one of our poetry books to share one. No pressure, no judgment, just words and a room of people who want to listen.
New voices, nervous voices, confident voices, familiar faces, new faces - all welcome!"
